So like ive always been wondering in this game if the silver knights at anor Londo drop the proof of concord well-kept even of its the smallest of drop chance ever

They do drop the item, the two silver knights on the staircase and the red eyed silver knight to the right of them all have a 1% chance to drop the proof of a concord kept. The best way to increase the drop chance is by wearing the symbol of avarice, equiping the crystal rapier in your off-hand and using a rusted coin/gold coin.
