My friend says strength is a broken build in ds3 and I thought strength was like the most balanced build there is am I wrong?
He also said any dark souls 3 player would agree strength is op but I swear it's not I've used it for every souls game and it's not even close to op?

Faster is always better; a lack of meaningful hitstun in PvE means that more hits = better
Poise damage has since been standardized and weapons are much closer in said poise dmg to one another
