none of the things you listed can be traded for
you can farm the covenant items needed for some of the spells through a summon sign, but that's about it
in order to get the achievement for all infusions you yourself have to make each infusion, not just have them in your inventory, and the gems are not tradable
spells aren't tradable and neither are gestures
