Leonhardt quest stuck

Hello, i got a problem, i’m doing the platinum of the game, and i need to finish the leonhardt quest to get a miracle, but i can’t finish it, when i talk to rosalia, (ng+2) i already have the Line to give her smthg, and so leonardt don’t spawn is this normal ?

the only things you ever give her are pale tongues and her soul to revive her

you need to give her a pale tongue for leonhard to show up in her room
