How much equip load do i need to have for me to able to use havel armor and shield without getting heavy with havel ring?

you'll need around 45ish vitality i think, if that helps

use the transposed ring from the demon before smouldering lake, it gives the equivalent of 10 levels of vitality

ring of favor also gives that effect but less so and it helps a lot

no he means the ring from the stone demon in farron keep on top of the old wolf

you can transpose it's soul for a havel ring
