You need to aquire Proof of Concord Kept. this is mainly obtained by defeating invaders when summoned while holding onto the Covenant item. Alternatively, You can farm them rarely from the Silver Knight on the stairs to Anor Londo.

probably Farming the knights.If you have the mimic head it increases item drop chance. Gold Serpent ring helps as well.

PVP is probably the least likely way to complete it due to the requirement of getting pulled into sessions. Which It may be more active on PC which is probably very true. but PvE farming is always a bit easier.

PVP is a guaranteed proof with the chance of an extra from killing an Aldrich
Or you can search through the thousands of messages in the server complaining about the silver knight farm
