in my opinion it kinda depends what stats you have. If you are doin a equal STR/DEX then go QUALITY and if you dont wanna invest in one of them then go DEX and make it KEEN. also along with this weapon put some points into FAITH in order to use buffs (at least 25 to use Golden Vow, Flame Grant Me Strength) and BloodFlame Blade(doesnt scale with arcane so dont worry about putting points into that) or BlackFlame Blade. as for ashes I recommend WINGED STANCE along with Renallas Cameo talisman. But if you are gonna dual wield it there is already a popular build. both Milady's with Blood element (this time you need arcane) and put The Poison Flower Blooms Twice on one and Poisonous Mist on the other and use Blood and Rot exultation talismans with it. But if you dont wanna do that then you can put one of them into QUALITY or KEEN and use BloodFlame Blade on it and put Double Slash ash of war on it. that is at least my recommendation

Quality infusions shit. They're dex oriented weapons and it isn't ideal to try heavy on them, but keen, cold, sacred, occult are all decent if you aren't willing to stray off your current build.
