#Best sheild for parry?

Buckler, Small Leather Shield and Caestus (not a shield but still good)
bro listed every answer except the correct one
But caestus is fun to use :/
Cuz it's way lighter too
For early game, small leather shield is also good
Small shields have the most parry frames no?
Wdym for early game both of those are found in the same area
those are parry shields
which do but also have some of the most recovery
and on average worse stability than small shields
I forgot where caestus was mb
I actually have no remembrance of where I found those fists
Oh you're right my bad

"best shield for parry" not "best shield for blocking"
otherwise you just equip a black knight shield in your second shield slot and pull out a parry shield or caestus when not parrying
stability affects your stamina loss on missed/partial parries
iirc the llewellyn is one of the better small shields
Iron round shield for parrying
It's pretty good yea
I use the Caestus for parrying even tho it ain't a shield lol
If I had to use a shield I would use small leather shield tho
Or llewellyn
Parrying dagger, grass shield, black knight shield
Me when i purposefully spread misinfo online
I just realized i misread the title.. i thought best shield only 🗿
But isnt parrying dagger better than buckler? In term of total parry window
@idle adder
Aahh, thanks for the info man
np
then why would you say parrying dagger or grass crest
the former isnt even a shield
