Platinum trophy

For the platinum trophy, specifically the collect all rings, do I have to grind the covenants 3 times for the +0, +1, and +2?

You need all the base rings, +1s, +2s and life ring +3, none of the dlc rings either

the +1 and +2 covenant rings where applicable are found in the world, not through the covenant
