Yhorm is past irrythill dungeon in the profaned capital. Irrythill dungeon is down the stairs from Distant Manor bonfire
The distant manor bonfire is found from Church of Yorshka, down the stairs, past the beast, through the river and at the end of the reservoir

Just as long as it’s fun to use, it seems like a pretty standard quality build. My opinion (don’t need to follow it) is that the rings are a little odd for your build but go for it!

That’s okay! I meant the rings aren’t the best for your build, but if they improve it in a fun way you can use them.

It depends upon the situation but the chloranthy and Lloyd’s sword ring are both pretty good. In my opinion you should maybe switch out the pontiff eye and maybe Flynn’s depending upon your equip load.
Don’t worry, you’ll get a lot of better rings in the future so you will switch them up a lot.
