you need to get summoned by the covenant automatically to get the proofs
you'll need to be in the same level range with three people on an absurdly high (but below SL351) SL, one would host, the other invade and another wait with the covenant
can't just summon through white or red sign for proofs/grass/ornaments/dregs

would be substantially more effort than just farming or using cheat engine

i imagine you could do it at SL1 too, but goodluck finding two more people that have completed SL1 and want to waste their time for farming 30 concords for someone, especially when you can use cheat engine
