made a big mistake

I talked with some npc, he killed yoel but now hes my comrade thing. and im SL28 i kinda messed up my stats: i went 28 strength and 25 vitality or dexterity. because of that now i just dont have hp, literally almost all bosses one shot me, even normal npc's. im at abyss watchers rn and i struggle so much with it, i do no dmg + i have no hp. WHAT SHOULD I DO? PLEASE HELP (same thing against the dancer too)

you can still survive multiple attacks from watchers with 10 vig and lloyd's shield and at least one attack from dancer when embered

kill sage and respec in the cathedral

You can get a pale tongue in undead settlement, where you fight a demon with your onion boi

You can do that or farm the Darkwraiths in Farron since they can drop pale tongues

And once you do the change stats with Rosaria don’t exit her menu when your done. Just close the game and open it back up

It’s a glitch so you don’t waste rebirths
