Why does lucrene not have any attribute bonus?

I just spent a lot of runes to improve this thing but I just notice that there's no scaling...? Is it supposed to be a bad weapon or am I missing something...
Or is it because it's a raw lucrene? Was that a mistake bruh

you can reinfuse tho
