Idk exactly (I don't use wired), but the alvr driver looks like it launched correctly. Make sure your headset is connected to your pc, and (it you haven't done it before) enable dev mode on your quest and there should be a popup to allow the connection in the headse.t

I have this problem in some versions of ALVR and i'm using 1 version below latest (20.14.0) and it works for me.
