Constant jittering

Hello! Recently, alive has started horribly jittering as shown in clips. It was fine before, and only happens when I'm actually in a game, the the steam VR floaty space it's smooth as butter

Have no clue why this issue has shown up, I didn't change anything

Issue is most prominent in the distance and the steam menu makes it go away

The steam environment is fine

But as soon as I open any application it starts jittering horribly

The more resource intensive the worse but lowering stream quality doesn't do anything

Game is smooth on monitor
