is anyone else having trouble with it connecting and disconnecting over and over?

its been doing this for a long time. I tried restarting both my pc and my quest, but it ends up doing that same thing

I've been getting this issue recently, it usually works fine but then it can run into this issue while playing. Restarting the Quest app seems to fix it temporarily but it may fall back into the same loop. It also seems like it comes alongside performance issues for me, it may do this after it starts lagging randomly.

Does this happen when starting steamvr?
For me it kept disconnecting every second because of vb-cable, I selected the wrong mic
