Heavy Graphic noise on using ALVR v18.2.3 with Oculus Go

I managed to install ALVR on both PC and Oculus Go
And connect successfully, Can open SteamVR but heavy graphical noise and Frame Drop prevent me from playing VRChat.
Please help me again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Make sure you're using a 5Ghz connection on the Oculus go and your computer is connected directly to the router with ethernet.

yeah,I’m using 5Ghz wired network on pc and unwired 5Ghz wifi on Oculus Go

Alright I see a problem already

Turn your encoder back to h.264

Also change your streaming protocol to TCP
