whenever i put in my wireless device in the connection thing and launch steamvr from alvr and launch alvr on the headset, i keep getting steamvr error 215

i dont see alvr_server on my steamvr add-ons could that be the cause and how do i make it appear

if you start things up correctly it will appear
this means you much not launch steamvr the usual way, you must launch it from alvr only

i also switched from beta to none in steamvr upds
still didnt fix anything

reboot first... then make sure steam is not running
run alvr only - click launch button

would recommend always reboot if things get messed up - otherwise will not recover
