Have you tried setting firewall rules make sure your not on a meshed network, what's have you done to troubleshoot etc

i think i figured it out, it doesn’t work with an ethernet cable..

check your network settings, make sure your ethernet is set to private - verify the ip address on it (public means everything gets blocked - which is not intuitive)

then check settings on router - verify ip address of subnet and how it talks to ethernet, verify that "client isolation" is not being applied somehow
