i assume something similar has already been asked, and im not sure exactly whats wrong as im using a pico 4, a 3080, ryzen 7 5800x and a wired connection (i think), and im having horrible stuttering issues and it flat out freezing or moving strangely, flashing, significant delays and whatnot. i know it doesnt have to do with my graphics card as even on the lowest settings i still have these issues. maybe my settings arent configured right? i dont know. any help would be appreciated.

im thinking its just not running on the usb connection? i downloaded adb or whatever its called and it usually says that it skips forwarding it after i start it
