Hey, i finished soldering my Lily58 yesterday. Sadly i couldn't get it to work. I have a bluetooth connection but the left half is pretty much dead (except for some keys on the leftmost column, when pressed together) and the right half has rows offset or i think even rows and columns swapped. about half of the keys work but their position is off.
Any ideas that might help troubleshoot?

one other thing where i'm unsure if problematic: i'm using mill-max sockets with pins. they are now slightly bend at the end from repeatedly removing them yesterday, the nanos still fit though, i just have to be careful when inserting

Did you insert the nanos upside down? Can you show a picture of the MCU soldering?

share your config? are you using splitkb_aurora_lily58 and not lily58?

no, i don't. basic repo with:
