Today my board gave me very laggy input behavior on windows, I'll attach a screenshot. When shutting down yesterday it worked fine.

In parallel same board, different windows PC, no issue.
Different board (both nice!nano v2), same PC also no issue. (Config is exactly the same only different keymap)

I had the same behavior yesterday shortly as well.
Keys are sticking, send with delay, not sent... Today it seemed like input from before the BT connection was established got buffered and sent once connected.

I tried reconnecting via BT, which gave me a hard time. Windows telling it's unable to connect, or it connects (but doesn't work). While typing this, being connected via USB, it reconnected eventually (not sending inputs) but now a new connection fixed it and I have only little, but still, input lag.

You should try using #testing message, you especially if this machine has an Intel or Realtek BT chipset

It is an intel chipset. I'll give it a try and report how it behaves

I added the setting on both my boards. Now after some longer idle time it took them a little to wake up / respond. The bord misbehaving this morning is fine, but now the other one doesn't properly connect. At first it responded (with high input lag, then was unresponsive on two different hosts). I cleared all BT profiles and after reconnecting it was fine.

Now the one from this morning acted up again. I ordered a cheap BT dongle and will try this tomorrow. I understood windows, onboard BT and ZMK somethimes don't mix too good.

Did you have an antenna for the onboard wireless chip? They tend to struggle with ZMK if you don't have the antennas screwed in
