From what I've seen it looks like you're handling fulfilment yourself at the moment, have you looked at outsourcing fulfilment? I know that creator warehouse (the company behind lttstore.com) carries things like rack clips and the Jerry Rig Everything knife, would you consider working with them as well?

Indeed, it's not just as simple as getting them to carry it, it's a product they would have to know and use themselves. Also we now have other products like SkyConnect and are planning more so that's not going to really work having some stuff in a different country and some in this country

A great product (have 4) but frustrated I cannot buy more. Announcement comes before sun up and sold out by the time I wake up (6:30). There must be a better way. The old iPhone sit at your desk and hit send exactly one second after 8:00 model just doesn't work. We need a way to pre-purchase.

There have been 3 previous options for pre-order and now we are doing in stock runs - there were too many people ordering before without realising it was a pre-order despite it saying in huge laters that it was a pre-order and then caused us lots of additional work by flooding us with emails unfortunately that we don't want to do any more pre-orders
Plus it's nice to have them in stock and shipping when we put them up
We will have more next week and the week after, we have been doing them at different times so people get a chance that are in different timezones

What wasn't reliable about the FP2 out of interest?

I set it up in my kitchen diner first and zoned out the room. It kept seeing this erroneous person in the dining area which kept triggering the presence in the zone, I configured the “interference” but still persisted. I then moved it to a different room and the same thing happened. Also the people icons seemed to stick and jump like it was on a slow server trying to keep up with movement. In the end I gave up… I tried my EP1 from my living room ( which I’ve had no problems with ) and that worked fine. So must have been the FP2.
Tbh tho I ordered an FP1 off ally and had the same issue at a different property, but couldn’t get a refund - so slightly burnt now with the FP range from Aqara.
Im just glad there’s the EP1 on the market tbh.

Well I’ve been spoilt by the EP1 as that works flawlessly. Never had any issues with it. I’d rather invest in more of those that I know work, than a flaky FP2. 🙂
