since the Discord is now public for members and people already joined we wanted to explain some of our decisions.
Currently we have Embedded Links and Images disabled for People who aren't a tier 3 member or Server Booster.
The reason is pretty simple:
We expect a lot of spam and innapropriate images if we would allow these 2 things.
Right now we are waiting to be mentioned in a livestream and video since this will bring a lot of new people to the Discord who could do exactly that.

Hello TIER 3! on the 26th of June, so coming FRIDAY, at 7PM BST,
we will be TESTING the minecraft server!!!
Please note this is going to be an ALPHA test. This is literally a test where we are going to throw as much load at is as we can.
It probably WILL crash and break, but it will give us a lot of useful data to see what exactly we need to do.
So again, This is an ALPHA test that will last two hours at most. Only after the test will we know how much longer we need to open the floodgates.

Data Collection
Many of you seem to think that the server we put up on the 29th was the final model for how our Survival experience will work. This is absolutely not the case. The test server was a collection of base-configured plugins that we are considering using, and needed information on how each would perform together with a large amount of members online.
Vanilla vs sVanilla
Vanilla servers are servers that do not have extensive plugins; they are as close to the default minecraft experience as possible.
sVanilla servers are servers that do have extensive plugins; their goal is to provide a more robust and longterm experience for people that are looking for something new from Minecraft.
We will be running multiple Survival servers, and we would like to offer you the ability to play on both of these types. This brings us to our final topic.

Hey @everyone We've done some major reorganizing and I just wanted to explain some of the things we did!
Also this is a reminder as well to pick out some ping roles in #︱🎭role-selection
Anyways.. The things we have done to organize the server!:
- We have moved #╢✨tier-2-general and #╢🔱tier-3-general Into the Main Channels category! We have deleted their corresponding related media so now there is just one #╢📷related-media For the T3 Members the #︱🎆tier-3-exclusives has been moved into the info category.
- We have removed a server questions channel, if you have questions/ anything to report; message @white vigil and a staff member will respond!
- We got rid of the server change log (which is where we would usually post this) and Combined it with #︱📣announcements because they are related
- We have also gotten rid of the New-(now gone) Suggestions Category and have put all of the suggestions channels back to their respecting places: #︱💭server-event-suggestions and #︱💭mc-event-suggestions are In the Event Category #💭┃old-server-suggestions is under info and #╢💭mc-suggestions Is in the PewDieMC Category.
- The PewDieMC Category has been moved up and we've removed some VC's and combined the text channels creative and survival into a new text channel for both called #🔨┃mc-servers
- We have retired the livestream-chat text channel, feel free to use #╔💬member-general !
- We have combined the Talk Category and the Side Channels Category. Within that we have also done some major reorganization:
a. Within this category we have combined the previous text channels: Anime-talk, movie-show-talk, game-talk, and music-talk into one new text channel named #︱📶music-shows-movies Feel free to talk about any of these things in there!
b. We have removed the adorable #╰🐶pets (now archived) and combined it with #︱💁hobbies If you want to show each other your pets you can send it there, or even in #╢📷related-media!
c. We have removed the #📹┃media Channel because we felt it was unnecessary and just being used for spam and self advertisement, you can use #╢📷related-media if you want to send something related to a conversation your having. - We have combined all the Voice Chats into one category called Voice Chats Within that category we have also removed some of the unused channels.

After getting some feedback from a few of you, we've come to the realisation that the name of the Suggestions Bot sounded like you needed to use a command when posting a suggestion.
We've therefore gone ahead and changed it, and hope this removed any confusion you guys might have

Once the event starts the glass walls around the arena will disappear and you will have X minutes to disperse before PVP is turned on.
Throughout the arena there are chests with loot inside, and a few hidden barrels with even better gear.
If you are killed you are out of the event and will be teleported to a spectator box overhead where you can watch the rest of the event.

We thought it would be a good idea to share this information with everyone as it regards everyone now!
We've got some big news about the Minecraft servers and what's been going on with all the downtime and maintenance lately. Yes I know this is a big information dump but it is important.

• All of the survival servers will be resetting.
We understand this is upsetting information for those who have put in the time and effort to play and build on these maps, but we do have some consolation...
We are uploading the worldfiles for anyone who would like them.

• Creative will not be resetting. We love the work that everyone has put into it and we are exploring alternative options to keep that work on display.

Some huge news:
• We will be launching all servers fully to the public, starting with Vanilla, on the 1st of December.
• Vanilla will now operate on "seasons"; meaning scheduled resets, but also meaning special rewards that carry over for every season you play in.
• Season 1 of Vanilla will be a shorter than usual seasons. It will be a "test season" for us to finalize our plans with further testing from the playerbase. More details about the length and rewards of this season will be announced on the 1st of the month.

• #╢💭mc-suggestions has been reset in preparation for the new updates. Allowing for a fresh wave of suggestions. Please wait until these new features have been implemented before sending in any suggestions. This is because we may have already implemented the suggestion.

Someone DMing you to tell you that you were banned from another server, They will provide photoshopped images showing you saying something inappropriate. This is in an attempt to get you to get on a call, screen share, and provide your login credentials.

Please Please Please do not click any links you are unsure of. Even your closest friends could be hacked. I know it seems dumb, but I would suggest making a "safe word" to use with your friends. Do not send it in dms. When you receive a suspicious message from a friend, ask them for your safe word. If they cant answer then report the account. If you accidentally click a link - IMMEDIATELY change your password. 2Fa cant always help especially if they have your password.

Unfortunately, the Discord issue with memberships is still ongoing. Only Felix can fix this issue and we are waiting on him to do so. There isn’t much we can do at this point, but we are discussing other possible options. If you’ve recently purchased a Tier, it will not work here.
