So with PL, CDPR included files for an unfinished grenade launcher weapon named "Authority." I was initially working on making a thermobaric round as a weapon attack for shotguns but decided to see how much of the Authority is actually usable and here it is. So far it's, essentially just the as is tweak entries converted into yaml files with the only change being that I added the WIP thermobaric rounds as the default attack package was pretty generic.
