In contrast to last time we had post processing issues, only dof seem to work when we deploy our app.
It also seems that when viewing on mobile devices anti aliasing is disabled.
Can we fix this?

We don't have support for the LiftGammaGain component. But Color Adjustment should work. Do you have a link to your website? You can share it privately.
Regarding anti-aliasing: There's no logic in the component to disable it at runtime on mobile. On which device did you test?
I have reported some issues occasionally in the past when some PP effect didnt work on e.g. mobile (we use this package under the hood https://www.npmjs.com/package/postprocessing) but I'm not aware of new regressions like that

I sent a bugreport on the anti aliasing issue. Every mobile device runs without AA
