Solve the CAPTCHA issue

When i am trying to do the Captcha it says that 15 secs is over but the 15secs is not enough to complete the Captcha and when i try to do that again its saying that wait for 10mins but 10 mins is a long time when playing the bot cant use any commands cant catch any pokes. This is L Kindly fix this asap atleast remove that cooldown.

It resets the timer

And doesn't give me a captcha

I even missed this

What are Captchas?
Captchas were made to prevent alts, autocatchers, and to maintain a safe environment. You will see them occasionally, depending on your catching habits.

What to do?

• Pass the captcha by using the left or right buttons to rotate the image.
• Click the New button to get a new captcha or use p!captcha in any catching or command channel.
• Click the Cancel button to cancel the captcha.
  Note:
• You have 30 seconds to complete the captcha
• You will get only 3 retries to pass the captcha. If you fail to pass the captcha, you will have to wait for 10 minutes to try again.

Can’t find the original captcha?

• In @ocean vine DMs, type new
• In a catching channel, try to p!catch the next available Pokémon
• In a catching channel, type new

If you still cannot pass the captcha, create a support ticket in #create・ticket and our staff will help you.
