- Pick highlight for every day.[Focus on one important and meaningful thing each day] Highlight
- Minimize distractions[Reduce/Delete social media] Laser
- Go caveman style.[Focus on health/Eliminate distractions and screen-time, Take a walk] Energize
- Don't procrastinate and keep extending stuff, just because you couldn't do it in the scheduled time. DO IT NOW.!
- Divide tasks and do smaller tasks/Sprints. [Small drops lead to a large ocean]
- Journal things and reflect upon your thoughts and actions. [Use sticky notes to mark stuff ranking on importance.]
- Have the habit of saying NO to people. Also, don't overwork yourself.
- Shut the door-Eliminate the distractions.
- Workout - to stay healthy. Coffee time - 9:30 AM. >_<
- Spend quality time with friends/family IRL.
- Don't use screens while eating food.
- Bed= Sleep only. Don't use electronics/study on it.
