Babel by R.F. Kuang, im barely 100 pages in but it's pretty good

I read about the plot it's actually interesting kind of gives off dark accademia vibe

It's going very well, i really like melville's way of telling his story with bursts of passion*. You wanna keep going as it doesnt slow down, not even when he's being descriptive
