I think you can think of the reason why you are studying. Every time I got distracted I remind myself why I am doing it and afterwards. Other than that if I get bored I start the lesson I love studying for example and then continue with the others.

mhmm when i take a break it usually goes like this : 5 mins on tik tok becomes 30 mins which becomes 1 hour, then i get hungry and get up and make some food sit down and eat n chill by then 2 hours have passed lmaoo

what i do to prevent distractions is installing a chrome extension called habitica pomodoro. basically you can set it up so that it blocks certain websites during a pomodoro

If you’re able to, and depending how you feel about it, work with a doctor! I’m trying a non-stimulant medication this semester. With meds, deleting distracting apps, and using Forest, my concentration has improved. Best of luck! ADHD is challenging, but we’re also resilient and can adapt.
