I know stress usually makes me not hungry (kinda having a Buldge in my throat) so I usually get hungry during exams ( so stomach hurts not because of digestion but because of lack of eating). But in your case I don’t know if it’s because you ate too much before and you have diarrhea/indigestion or something else.

It is recommended to keep your alkaline levels high (higher ph good for digestion), hence why I mentioned water and fruits (fibers are good too)
