My Brother also had adhd.Idk About myself If i have it or not Never went to the Docter healthcare expensive so Uhh He also takes medication.Unfourtunately He has autism aswell with adhd.But we do use Medication for adhd.Well Medication isnt just the key.Ik how it feels having adhd while studying.I would recommend You start doing light workout before your study session and use wireless headphones and Play an audio of a Person yapping about what youre Studying.I know that in adhd You tend to lose focus and sometimes you feel distracted but inorder to Remove those distractions You can try this method.Also try taking Preety notes and stuff it'll motivate you and Youll be pleased with your work hence be focused.I recommend You avoid consuming SUPER sugary stuff and caffeine.Interms of lightworkout to running And stuff Or jogging.In the start No method works but you need to believe that you can study You need to force yourself into that phase of studying And force your self out From Stressing if something is hard
