when u feel like ur stuck in the loop again just do nothing. like seriously put the phone away for a second and just look at the wall, it helps because the phone stimulates your brain so much that you dont wanna go from doomscrolling or whatever to studying. But if you just stare at the wall and stay in the moment for a bit realization will hit you and you will get so bored after a while that you get into a state where its more realistic of you to start studying.

idk i'd have to really lock tf in and only go gym tbh. If I were to study 10 pages a day, even then I can barely have days to revise. I also need 2-4 hours a day to study french. I think, by focusing on key things I can tackle it maybe in 10-15 days? Learning 8 hours a day? The exam is 50% biology, 25% chem and 25% physics. Though I reckon i've seen some of the info at school, but now i'm homeschooled

For 10pages a day u spend 3-4 sessions on notes, 3-4 sessions on memorizing
Every day before u start new 10 pages u repeat previous day's pages

usually what I would want to do is split my day in 3. 8 hours sleep, 8 hours free choice and 8 hours hard work. I would include gym in the hard work, but i'll js add that to personal time and spend 8 hours studying. I'd wake up at 7 and start studying by 8, and finish 6 hours of work by 14. And then in the evening study french for at least 2 hours. These days I have 3 hours of student work somewhere, but I should still be able to manage the hours. I just hope I can pass, I can afford to fail but if I finish all my exams first try then i'd finish school by february and have 6 months vacation to work a job n do whatever I want

yh that could be handy too. I js rlly need to go out more fr. Idk see i'm still in high school, but i'm doing a way of school in which I study the knowledge of 2 years in 1 exam. So for example geography i'd study geography of the last 2 years of high school. Thus, I have to learn A LOT. N yeah, many friends, if not all of them still go to regular school so I odn't go out w them much, n yeah i'm not insecure or anything to go out alone but yk it can be boring. I also have this thing that I feel guilty if I don't study.
