i think you should try not to look at what others are doing during exam and focus on solving your own, you should realise that they too are writing it in the same environment as you and try to recall that during your exam when you feel like "oh they are solving everything and i am just stuck" that it could be due to various reasons- and you can list them like maybe they are solving their favourite problem(?) or that they are just solving some problem thats easy for them or just trying and stuff and then get back to solving yourself.
