I have a problem trying to keep myself productive. Here is the problem: There are a lot of distractions when surfing the web and sites like youtube and reddit etc. for example youtube suggestion algorithm and reddit main page content are both calculated to fit to your needs and make you stay in the site "just more" which is -ofc- deproductivating you. So I have found a solution myself by using an addblocker (e.g uBlock Origin) I use the element picker mode to permenantly block the content from the site. So when I apply this on youtube for example It blocks all the video suggestions but when I try to apply that to reddit. It blocks the main page content but it also blocks the content when I search the reddit. So I think those are stored in the same buffer which makes the addblocker block all of it without depending on the website url. So how can I remove the elements just for reddit.com and not for some url like reddit.com/r/productivity ?

it can depending on like how much exposure you give your self to UV rays but the less melanin you have the more susceptible you are to things like skin cancer and UV dmg, I believe

Well it's mostly to protect your skin in the long run. The elders in my family weren't big on sunscreen in their younger days and it's definitely affected their skin. Sunscreen helps with like wrinkles and stuff too. It's not that important to use sunscreen if you're mostly staying indoors bcs the retention is quite good so you might not have to reapply if you're using spf 50. But yeah it's recommended you do use it

Oh dandruff shampoos can quite often damage your hair so you might wanna stop using it if you no longer have dandruff. The thing with it though is that once you get it, it does keep coming back. Anyway you're better off using a shampoo that's targeted towards moisture retention. Maybe ones that are sulphate free. I think the conditioner is okay but you could opt for leave in conditioners too. The oil formula sounds nice and you could try and add in rosemary oil too. Make sure not to overoil your hair though. That can be one of the reasons you had dandruff in the first place bcs oils tend to clog your pores and it gets messy.
