If you've procrastinated and are behind on material for your classes, there's not much more you can do. So.... don't worry about the results. Harder said than done, but detach from the results. They will be what they will be. Then get some sleep for an hour or two. Wake up, then pick one or two of the subjects you're most behind on, and then try to go through your lectures/notes to review the most important information.

STEM: important equations, procedures, and experiments.
Non-STEM: Important events, dates, impacts, people involved, interpretations.

still don't worry about the results. They will be what they will be.

Pick two of the subjects you're more AHEAD on. Then try to maximize those scores.

Meditation makes it easier to achieve that calm state on your own. But exercise can actually do that too. The point of meditation is to teach your mind to focus on one thing... which is hard to do on your own.

But exercise? When you're exercising, you can't exactly think about much else. It forces your mind into focus.

That focused calm state of mind lasts for close to 15 minutes.

Meaning you got 15 minutes to shift your focus to studies. Once you shift your focus to studies and stay there, that timer resets as long as you keep focus.

Again easier said than done, but it helps to know.

Yeah, my parents made me quit doing track since my grades dropped for unrelated reason but I was so much more productive when I spent those two hours in track. Running was basically meditation for me and since I’ve quit I just haven’t had the motivation to really go out or workout. I really got start incorporating some excercise in my schedule again.

for now, just focus on what's ahead. Do your best, and put your everything into the next 24 hours. But again.... don't worry about the results. They will be what they will be. You can't control it. You can't control the outcomes. You can only control your actions.

Make the most of what opportunities for action you still have.
