well take it as a job tbh... u have to set goals for ur future and realise that watching social media all day aint gonna get u anywere, if u didnt try now then when?... studying is the base of ur future and a good life. sooo take it as a challenge and dont expect motivation for studying, cuz motivation will only last for 2 to 3 days, but be obsessed and be diciplined on what u do, dicipline is doing something even tho ur not willing to do it... keep the drive, i am a guy who failed in maths too... soo i can relate to how u feel

Damn iam having so much problem focusing

So basically my teens were kinda like very pathetic and depressive lived technically alone parents were away lived in one room stayed there all the time wouldnt eat properly wouldnt take baths properly woudnt brush just lay in bed . That was the past now iam way better feel way better now i actually want to work and be productive but the problem is that in my entire teens i was very pathetic now that iam "normal" it seems that my bad habbits from teens affrcted me so much that it feels almost impossible to be productive now

If im not using socia media then my mind wanders of to daydreaming i can create entire plotlines or day dream of my own future

Basicaly iam paying the price for spending my teens in the most unhealthy way possible i think it has affected me for long term

Basically i want to have control of my life i want to do things learn things

Well, i think most of us had a similar teenage experiences then , u know that changing ur habits isn’t that easy
So u technically can’t just start something and expect to be disciplined right?
Also there’s something called energy, u are wasting ur energy on things more than they deserve
And there’s also the beginnings excitement “when someone wants to do something he becomes very excited and do the thing for two days or more in best cases then he never do it again “
U need to learn where to spend your energy and how much to spend on that thing
Like don’t waste the whole excitement energy from the first day
Instead be sparing and distribute the energy on days
It’s not impossible to be productive it just needs some tricks that u can know by thinking about the situation u are in logically

U might have something serious OR u need to talk to someone professional that would really understand u
