the process without getting over whelemed in the process , i feel its okay to feel anxious when you are preparing for exams and you have to cram right , you just need to assess what can you do in the given time frame to give you the most optimal results

if you create a system for you that lets you revise better for short amount of time everyday but you are regular and do it every single day that woudl be much better for you , then trying to make a system a night before
