Whenever i take off from Uni or their is a holiday or whenever i have my exams , i create a nap and sleep schedule both like i wakeup at 6:30 or 7 in morning and then a 25-30 mins nap at 12 pm or 1 pm in afternoon and then i try to sleep at 10:30 or 11 pm at night .

This totally works because then my body knows that i will take a nap so it creates a pattern .
