I have a really stupid question

When you are tracking the hours you studied, do you count the 10 min breaks between sessions?

I’ve been counting the “net amount” of hours studied but tbh it feels a bit underwhelming as opposed to counting the sessions studied. But at the same time I sort of feel like it’s cheating bc of the breaks lol I know i’m overthinking this but just wanted to ask some input lol

I like to count the ‘sessions’ rather than hours personally. So if I study 6 hours using 50/10 pomodoro I’d just consider myself studied 6 sessions. Much easier

Hey guys I am completely lost of what to do. I am majoring in social work and debating on double majoring with sociology and minoring and psychology.
