the biggest thing for journaling, is people think it has to super significant, but just write down exactly how you think and feel about anything in your day you find is interesting, if your trying to commit to better habits, write down the exact habit and how you felt either improving or not improving enough on that habit, so you unconciously make yourself more concious and aware of your habit (goal) you want to achieve

also when you are journaling, do not feel too much pressure if you miss a day or two, the point of journaling is to understand yourself and improve based upon what you are writing down, dont let journaling be a additional pressure, instead let it teach you more about yourself and goals

and lately ive been following a consistent sleep schedule, and so I wrote how I felt about waking up at that time everyday, physically and mentally things like that

it can also be generally just goals you want to accomplish in your day/month/year

it can be about mundane thoughts, to goals, recording events, reminders, etc its all just a place to write your heart out
