I am having a little trouble doing ekstra school work. per say, i can easily manage to do my homework and assingments when i get them for.

But for my religion class, which i find difficult and very boring, i have tried reading more up on it, go hopefully get a better grade.

Actually i don‘t know if it‘s a good comparison but sometimes before i start to take a cold shower i feel my brain trying to rationalize me not doing it. „Your girlfriend is in bed already you could just cuddle and be warm“. Once i notice my brain being on some weak shit i just immediately go shower as fast as possible. Turn the knob to the coldest and get through it. The feeling of accomplishment is unmeasurable.
