I quit caffeine at the beginning of this semester and it has helped a lot. I would recommend quitting at a time where you don’t absolutely need it, such as during a 2+ week break from classes. I quit cold turkey and had a headache for 9 days straight. After that I felt great, was sleeping much better at night, and overall happier that I quit the addiction.
