As someone with adhd,this applies only to government funded schools or standerdised mass exams like jee,gankao,sat etc. This is universal in all countries because teachers have to focus on teaching all students equally and giving a adhd person extra time has negitive assosiations to other students

the students may percieve it that way when they are young/ uninformed of the others specificities, but it's getting normalised, just like some kids who need computers because of dyslexia and all

teachers indeed have to make everyone learn and aquire the level competences, but it highly differs because classes are diverse. You have kids who really struggle with basic materials to those who are bored out of their mind because they could easily be in the level above

so in that sense you have to curate at least 3 levels of learning within your class. at least
