i used this method for revising 6 subjects (3 lang+math+sci+sst)

1)write down all the topics in each subject in any software you like (i use notion)
the reason im suggesting a software, rather than writing it by hand is that you might be able to reuse the list or change anything easily
2) divide everyday's task like-
a chapter of maths a day + any other subject
3) plan all the days out like this
4) make sure to add your tests in b/w or other events
5) the calender that you are making should be like
if you have an english exam, then put up eng in the sched first
6) for subjects like maths, make sure to do a set of ques EVERYDAY
you can pick up a specific topic,

i mean we dont have the productivity culture here 'yet' ppl are divided into groups hard workers and the 'don't care at all' and for u r question almost every single person have smart phone cuz they still think that having flip phones means u r poor

i have a samsung on android 11, and if you just hold the app icon a menu pops up that lets you uninstalled, or if they don't want you to uninstall, "disable"

and you have to go back into the settings to reenable it
