well its not true that all of ppl need 8h there is a minority that might need less or more than 8h but to say the ideal is 6h-8h also avoid blue screen light before 2 hours of sleep (light from pc phone...) but if u have to use screen even before 2 hours then make your screen black and white there is a lot of extentions on pc and a lot off apps on phone to do that since the blue light don't let u r brain to fall a sleep faster
