Studying 12hrs is great if you are used to it but if you are doing it for first time then you should create smaller targets then gradually increase the study hrs like first 6hrs->8hrs-> 10hrs...since at first you are not used to it so your attention span won't last long. Also take breaks so that its not much straining on your mental health also to create long attention spans.
