and i can't even pay attention to anything for too long now, not to lectures or even the things i love like watching my favorite series
and the worst part is that idk why does university make me very mentally exhausted to that point, i've thought about it and like yes it is not the best place to exist in but it's not that bad... is it?
what do i do
my memory loss is so bad that i once forgot how to go to a place (inside the uni) that i always go to, i forgot the way!! i kept going back and forth and kinda got lost cuz i didn't know where to go anymore
and yesterday for the first time ever i forgot which locker i put my bag in (at the gym), i thought it was in another locker on a completely different side and was sure about it

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing that. obviously, i am not a professional nor the people in the discord (if you are, then girly, help us out), but maybe it is stressed related or you are suppressing emotions? try to de-stress, maybe meditate, do journaling, also get enough sleep (very important) and try to not overwork yourself in university by taking breaks and working within your limits.

I can relate to you actually. with memory loss stuff, with people not taking your problems seriously, and not having someone to rely on. well, let me tell you that your problems are valid, and it is serious if it is mentally exhausting you constantly. sometimes its good to remember that you are not alone, I hope this hits home. also, with friends. yes, socialising can help, to go out with friends and forget about your problems for a bit, but it is not the ultimate solution here - I THINK. I think it has to with having a foundational support, which is why I think therapy will help, and ofc self reflection, being kinder to yourself (if you are hard on yourself).

I understand, me, I can't access therapy as well. so I think, possibly, the best thing to do would be self reflection, write your feelings down everyday, ask yourself why do you feel a particular emotion in the moment, and write it down, it may seem like nonsense but that will get you closer to the core of the problem - essentially what therapy does. I also recommend educating yourself on mental health and the things you are experiencing, I recommend watching school of life on idk like self hatred and stuff, their videos helped me understand about myself better.

Ok so i was also in the same place, then I visited a therapist, firstly it starts with the cause her cause was college, my college is also similar but if we she things from their pov, they r not wrong, things you can do to recover you should start meditating for 3 minutes daily, I used to thing that meditating does not help but it really does then, you should workout, light or heavy whatever suits you, do things that put you forward in ur goals direction and give yourself reward if you r able to complete ur goals. Therapists have a nice way of talking and explaining things and you feel good after talking to them, after confessing to them. So if u can't afford therapist, seek for a friend and share things with them, I used to confess things to my therapist, she was gr8 and worth the money(her fees was 👾) whenever you feel low, throw your pillow from one of the room to another end and try to catch it, listen to music, choice of music should be edm typs don't listen to sad music, it puts u into depression, songs have huge influence over u, always look things from a good perspective, your college does not want something bad for you, and I have heard that Asian education system is very impressive, so always have a positive attitude,

If u look things from a negative pov, nothing good happens, if u look things from a positive pov, something good will happen, which means u shoulda have positive pov, count from 100 to 1, in decreasing order, whenever negative thoughts pop up

Math aint much, just a few formulas and practice lots practice, I've struggled at maths ALOT, best is to practice as much if you work around a concept. Also work smarter, like cover your syllabus, don't just work hard, It gon be even more pain for you that way. Ask questions, yes ask questions! ( to your teachers back at school, or at #math-help ) don't be embarrassed ever, even with the silliest questions, cuz you already failing and thats even more embarrassing, ask questions, it will clears doubts and creates headspace. Also, always remember why you need to get through this, you need this to be at uni, thats it, that gotta be your best motivation.
