Hi everybody.
I'm 24. Electronics, telecommunications and computer sciences student.

I have been struggling to finish college and get BSc for over 5 years now and i still need a good year or 2 to finish. Mainly because i dont like what i chose to study. But the thing is i got into web developmemt.

I have done basic html an css course from udemy and now I'm thinking of getting js and react.

Now the thing is the more i spend time studying for web dev. The more i prolong getting my degree. I wouldn't mind getting my degree in 3 4 yeara if in the meantime I land a junior job and build on that. I would love to study while working job that I like.

Also for some context I live in Montenegro. Which is up and coming in the web dev and tech jobs. I think jobs are not that hard to get.

Any advice??

Firearms Act 1996 (NSW) exceptionally takes effective measures to gun control in NSW to ensure public safety. The necessity of licencing functions as a barrier, preventing citizens from easily obtaining firearms which ensures and maintains community safety. Individuals are required to register their firearms to assure the owner's accountability which acts as a deterrent. Knowing that they are accountable for whatever occurs and understanding the harsh sanctions they may face might dissuade them from using a firearm. Hence, substantially validates the effectiveness of legal responses to gun control.

However, having a single commissioner who holds absolute power and dictates who can obtain a firearm, consequently hinders the effectiveness of the Firearms Act 1996 (NSW). The doctrine of the 'rule of law' is that, "no one is above the law, including those who make the law." By assigning a single commissioner the authority to mandate the possession of firearms for individuals can be discriminatory but also significantly breaches the rule of law because only the commissioner dictates what happens. Thus, impedes the effectiveness of legal responses. Conclusively, with the excessive empowerment of a single commissioner, it is significantly necessary for the Firearms Act 1996 (NSW) to be amended in order to deem the effectiveness of legal responses. Law reforms such as having a panel of legal initiatives to decide on the decision rather than a single commissioner which will oblige with the rule of law but ensure the effectiveness of legal responses.

In addition, non-legal responses such as Gun Control Australia (GCA) is ineffective in responding to gun control due to its lack of enforceability and reliance on fundings. GCA is not affiliated with the government therefore can only provide advice. Ultimately, due to it only being a non-legal response it lacks the ability to enforce and impose ideas which substantially hinders the effectiveness of non-legal responses. The reliance on funding to run its operations; lack of funding would result in the inability to respond to government consultations therefore wont be able to provide any advice on strengthening gun laws. Moreover, lack of funding will be detrimental in its operations as GCA wont have sufficient funds to run major researches on firearms. Hence, GCA poorly validates the effectiveness of non-legal responses to gun control.

Alternatively, GCA is effective to a fractional extent in responding to gun control as it seeks to strengthen gun laws but also due to its ability to exceptionally spread awareness. GCA conducts many research on gun-related crimes to advocate for stronger policies and legislations, hence renders the effectiveness of non-legal responses to gun control. Also since GCA is not associated with the government it has the ability to spread awareness exceptionally but also informs the public in regards to gun crime and potential gun reforms.
