Bug Description:
I am currently doing a daily run and you start off as the Astronaut axo, one of the items I picked up was the Ceremony weapon which is supposed to give me 4 extra heart containers but it did not. Not sure if using the astronaut will replace it with 4 shields instead.Post edit: So I didnt realize this happened. but on that same run and im currently trying to do the ceremony item again i also suddenly got Brimstone after taking a shield

Sorry I cant fully remember what kind of room I entered but it was in the Pond biome. And I picked this item up after a normal fightMedia:
I forgot to take a pic of it when it happened so my health bar is changed atm. I will try to recreate what happened again after my run though to try and get a video or imageGame log:

No clue but it happened during a daily run
I do not have astrolotl unlocked yet so i cant test it out
